Financial Plan

Aisha Academy Financial needs and contemplated sources of financing; we will offer a pro Forma Financial Statements for three to five years, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements and Cash Budgets (Monthly for first year and quarterly for the second year) Break-ever Analysis of profit and cash flows, and planed sources of financing.
The total financing required for improvement and acquisition of real property, e.g. “brick and morter$3.5 Million.
The source of the money will come from “Proposition  HHH Facilities Program 1.3 Billion Bond.
The passage of Prop HHH in November 2016 Authorized the city to issue year to $1.2 Billion in general obligation Bonds (Go Bonds) for facilities for the Homeless.
 
Sustainability- Proposal Funding
To operate Aisha Academy  we will request contracts from measure H, which generated  $355 Million a year for 10 years for services for the homeless.
Bridge housing (County of Los Angeles Homeless Shelter models are funded by Initiative HUD under the McKinney Vento Homeless Assistance Act.
 
Funding:       $3,250,000  in onetime HPI funding
                        $4,600,000 in onetime  AB 109 funding
                        $3,400,000 in onetime SB 678 funding
Additional funding could potentially come from DHS, DMH, LASD, DCFS, LAHSA. Cities Managed can organizations (Such as LA CARE), and private Hospitals.

$2 Million onetime Homeless Prevention Initiative Funding to support extended Shelter, transitional housing.
